playerEventsUtil

A simple utility module for working with player events.

usePlayerAdded

playerEventsUtil.usePlayerAdded(callback(playerPlayer) → ()) → ()

A simple wrapper for the PlayerAdded event. This method additionally captures current players in game; during the time of the execution of this method, as well.

usePlayerCharacterAdded

playerEventsUtil.usePlayerCharacterAdded(
playerPlayer,
callback(newPlayerCharacterModel) → ()
) → ()

A wrapper over the player.CharacterAdded event. Also runs the given callback initially if player.Character is a truthy value, passing in newCharacter (while oldCharacter = nil).
